Just incredible work and absolutely amazing figures. For some reason, Michael really jumps out at me. You captured him perfectly. The dark under his eyes, the subtle stache, even the slight scar on his right brow.

Love the shots of him leaning in to his father too.

As stated in the other thread, absolute Master of creativity Ray, absolute Master!

thank you so much to all of you for the kind words!

This is one of those figures I hope to be upgrading through the years. We need a better portrait. I am eyeing the Cobra head, to me it looks to have the most potential for a young Sylvester that we have seen so far. I tried to pull as much likeness out of this as I could. it's a flawed sculpt.

Like Christmas all over again each time this thread gets bumped. Great work and photos here, Ray!

Had to zoom in to check out the awesome paint work on the exposed Two-Face eye. o_O

Thanks bud! I used oil paints on that eye so I could get those veins super natural looking and subtle

That's something I introduced about a couple years ago here and there prior to that it was pretty much all acrylic based and then oil paint for some structural contouring and blending but now I’m finding other use for them

I was classically trained but haven’t even considered to look into the stuff I used in art school on these things because of all the model making paint out there I just assumed was the right stuff to use. And while I still use Tamiya and Vallejo stuff mostly all the other stuff I learned to use in art school is making s comeback and making life a lot easier.

A tangent that may not be interesting to anyone… but thanks for indulging me 😄

Super interesting stuff, I appreciate you sharing! I'm always interested in 1/6 paintwork, and when it hits the insane level that you're at, it's all the more interesting!

Another masterpiece😀. Ray, it is getting really hard to get to the bottom of these pages.🤯
