Hey, Owen! That's a VOLKS NEO GUY, and I think they're no longer made. They were pretty good in their time -- Rainman used them for his early figures. There are screws in back that need tightening from time to time to keep it from going all floppy. When Sideshow released their 2.0 body, it looked exactly like this but taller.
