Can you put an Officer K JNIX Head sculpt onto a Black Box body?

I was hoping to get a JNIX Officer K head sculpt and put it onto the Black Box Officer K weathered body and clothing. Does anyone know if the head sculpt will fit?

I *think* I did do that 2 years ago. I have the JNIX Sculpt and Black Box kit and Im pretty sure that I removed the rubber neck to do so. I probably then simply blu-tac the head or use a glue gun.

Sorry if my memory is lacking after 2 years.
