Ok guys here's one thats personal to me. Thanks Jonas/ymba one of the most hardcore bond freaks to getting this off the ground and for a great partnership along with gido who deserves a lot of credit for pushing this to be the best we have seen yet. it's amazing how many of these I've had and mayne one day I'll be 100 percent happy with one of the sculpts. I believe the best is yet to come but this is the best we have seen yet by a mile and I think we are getting very close to perfection . Sorry about all the same photos. he photographed well and I had trouble editing. I photographed in natural and artificial light. both are nice but the tungsten light probably look the most realistic.

This isn't the last James Bond I'll ever do I know and this isn't even the last one of these I will paint. James Bond Will be Back!

Sculpt: Mina Yu
Art Direction for Sculpt: Ray Ferraro
Production: ymba
Consultation: gido
Paint: Ray Ferraro
Body: Worldbox narrow shoulder with neck removed
tux: yunsil
watch: robbiethepainter
pistol: DID

E. It was offered by ymba on his 007 fan club Facebook group, I believe it started up back when this board was still not up and the other one was down perhaps. Interest was only taken for like a few hours, the list filled up almost immediately!

Here's one im happy with. I recently acquired the Modern Life Fassbender sculpt in a trade and I stripped the paint, shaved it down, repainted it and made it fit the Toys Era Magneto.

The TA magneto also has some padding and alteration to the body but the rest is stock. Helmet is still a bit bigger than it was in the movie but im much happier with this than the stock figure. Love Fassbender Magneto and think this is his best look. For what its worth I also think Dark Phoenix was fucking great. Me and two other people lol.

My next LOTR Gimli

Asmus paint tweaked, body padded, neck shortened chainmail replaced.

The original hair and beard was sanded to be matte and coarse and thinned than surface level hair was applied to the beard, hair an hairline

I finally finished my Man With no Name / Blondie Bounty Hunter. This is one of those ones that unless you thought about doing this yourself at one point it might not seem like this was a lot of work seeing we have seen this character for awhile and seeing horses and all that is kind of like who cares? But it’s actually probably the most overall work I’ve put into something in awhile and I sort of apathetically worked on it over the course of 5 years or so and just recently decided to finish it over the last two months or whatever where I did most of the work.

I always wanted a 1/6 scale horse and this is my favorite movie so it made sense to do it here, but I live in a Manhattan shoebox so it’s already packed up in storage hoping one day to be on display with stuff like my Delorian should I ever live in something bigger than 600 square feet.

The horse may seem like “whatever”, but it was probably the most work, there’s not a lot of clear references between the films and because these are low budget films the horses often change details in the same scene! I tried to base this off of GBU mostly but as I mention details always vary and references are scarce.

jeaway2 (Jane) did the saddle. She sells her work on ebay. She is like one of the two people who do accurate saddles in 1/6 scale made the way real ones are , they are not easy to come by. I thought it would be easy, whatever, I’d paint some random DID thing brown and call it a day and SO not. There’s literally nothing out there. So when I got this I actually modded the hell out if it myself for accuracy. I repainted it and removed a lot of stuff, I created a completely separate holster system in the front and replaced the reigns and muzzle, wrapping brown chord with chrome tape to emulate how they were in the film. I cut stuff off here and there… it’s difficult to explain, but it was just a lot of work.

The outfit is all Redman, the duster coat totally stained and weathered with the buttons replaced and the lining on the right lower side removed so the pistol can stick out of the pocket accurately. The pants were weathered and the shirt totally dyed to be an accurate color and pattern. The pants and scarf were cut and weathered, the gun repainted and weathered. Boots were from battlegear toys. I modded them a lot. I can’t even remember what the hell I did.

Hat is also from the Redman, but the head is Iminime High Plains Drifter. I always liked that sculpt a lot but never felt the need for a figure from that film. But I needed to finish my Bounty Hunter Blondie so it worked out well. I did a lot of paint modification to bring out Clint’s likeness too.

The Man With No Name (Bounty Hunter)

Head – Iminime

Paint – Iminime (modified by me)

Outfit, weapons and Hat – Redman (modified)

Boots – Battlegear Toys (modified)

Body – Hot Toys Slim (padded)

Horse – Mr Z (with paint tweaks)

Saddle – Jean from jeaway2 (modded)
