It was actually the width of the face that drew my attention.



I've transposed the same size red lines for distance from the new sculpt to the ebay Bruce. The new sculpt appears to be much wider, but that's not to say that the ebay sculpt is or should be the model.

The detail on the sculpt is absolutely fantastic and I would be proud to own it any way it goes.

Correct, the eBay head would not be a good model for Bale’s bulkier appearance in Begins.

when out of scale, the facial features do not line up to other 1/6 heads.

but when compared to the new Dai sculpt and the cheap eBay head, it is in scale.




I will inform Joa about adjustments to the hair volume. It will make a big difference.


you’re definitely not any PITA, I like your excitement for the project and the helpful feedback.
I hope Joa doesnt think of me as one, as I’ve kept asking for more adjustments.
But I told Joa I will pay the expense for extra test prints because I am striving to get this sculpt perfect.
I feel we are almost there. Getting to see the sculpt in person makes a huge difference, so I’m glad we took that extra step.

Sculptor Joa agreed to do the additional changes to sculpt.
Mainly the hair, but also some adjustments to cheeks and chin areas.
and shorter neck.

Maybe 2 weeks time we can see the new print.

Ok, after a few more rounds of adjustments, the sculpt is finally where I want it.

Joa will start the printing and we’ll get a chance to see it in about a week.

The hair still has the "youthful collegiate mussy" vibe, but it looks even more like Bruce Wayne. Well done!

Bruce sneakers are finished casting and are on the way to painter.

I think Joa receives the new print today or tomorrow.

The detail is amazing - not just the hair changes, but all the facial features and contours are absolutely perfect! Easily one of the best likenesses I've ever seen, and the one and only for the movie time period, which makes this extra special.

we are looking to get all copies made soon.

Bruce sneakers paint samples, with weathering.

All sneakers will be painted this month.






also, Tailor has received a previous test print version of sculpt for shirt collar tailoring.
She should be starting outfit production soon.

Please let us know the prices for the sculpt and shoes when you can. I know we had some additional effort on the sculpt, but it looks to be well worth it.

thanks @BigWayne. Also waiting to see Uni’s revisions to the proto outfit, as there were
numerous changes requested. Hope we see it soon.


Bruce sculpts are delayed a bit, as we saw somethings in the molding/casting process that
wasn’t looking 100%.
Joa is doing some additional revisions and then I can finally get final heads made.
