I can't say for certain because I don't understand Korean and the toribox website isn't terribly user friendly. This was the only project I could find that seemed to resemble this one.

Please forgive my ignorance, but is it customary to make payment to toribox in a meeting, rather than send it to them, or is this a special circumstance? I’m just not familiar with doing business with them and I found your comment interesting.
