Hi all,

I started this thread not long ago to gather interest for a Highlander figure.
Most of you opted for a modern version Connor MacLeod, so that's the style we'll be going for.

Re: Would there be any interest for Highlander headsculpts?

Hi all,

I'm planning some Highlander movie customs (medieval Connor Macleod in his battlefield gear and a modern day Connor in leather jacket etc), but those Sideshow headsculpts are not really up to par to today's standards.

So, I was wondering if there was enough interest to start up a commission for some nice detailed sculpts?
I, for one, would be in for a Connor (medieval, modern) and a Kurgan for sure...

Who's with me? :monkey3
Let me know what you would be interested in and I'll make lists...

I am definitely In...
I would also like to see a Duncan MacLeod head sculpt...

I like the Modern Connor too. The old Warrior look is great. But to put it together is gonna cost more

I agree.
I'll take a modern (there can be only) one.

Re: Would there be any interest for Highlander headsculpts?

Question...

Who's gonna make the head sculpts?

Well, I wanted to see if there was enough interest before I'd start contacting people. But since this seems to be picking up fast, I'll start sending out pms.

Any preferences for sculptors?

I've also checked with VashDStampede and Inigou...

If we're all sticking to modern Connor for most part, should look into a tailor too for options. Kurgans leather shouldn't be too ridiuclously hard to do by bashing.

I doubt a tailor will be necessary. I mean, the guy wears jeans, a brown leather jacket, black tshirt, shirt and a trench... :)

Re: Would there be any interest for Highlander headsculpts?

I'd be very interested in a Modern Connor. I think the Medieval one from Sideshow is good enough with a repaint, but the modern one did not turn out well.

Possibly interested in a Modern Kurgan as well.

I am asking this very moment to Bbkill for some info.

That would be great... I love his work!
