Wait can you explain the law here a little bit more? Is the problem because they'd be selling the sculpt? If he made them and gave them away for free could he call it Morgan Freeman?

I believe that would still be a problem because he does not have the rights to produce something with the likeness of Morgan Freeman whether he charges or doesn't, if Morgan Freeman said ok then thats a different story, also if it is The Dark Knight Fox character then he would need the rights from who ever owns those rights haha
