Hey guys!

I'm currently working on a Brock Samson (from the Venture Bros.) VS a crocodile sculpture. It would be a little less than Sideshow's current statue, It's still very early in the stages of creation, but I wanted to gauge and see how many of you would be interested in one of these.

They will be 1/4, based on a 3D model. Here are some WIPS:

Like I said in the other thread... this piece is amazing. Really impressed how well you were able to take the look of such an extreme character design yet add so much real-world detal to him.

This blows the Sideshow piece out of the water :lecture

So what do you plan to do about his junk... a Brock weiner would be a bit unseltting; but not sure how you could replicate the blur or black box effect :huh

Thanks so much for the kind words!

I was thinking of just blocking out a sphere like shape of solid blocks, so it will still look like that blur/geometrical censor-like shape you see on TV :)

If that won't work, I'll have to play around with some water or blood that covers it.

That would be hilarious if you were able to replicate the blur :lol

Will this be offered as a completed kit, or one someone would have to paint and assemble themselves?

lol Thanks! I definitely think I can make the blur work.

I would offer it as a completed kit, I was actually hoping to get these 3D printed. That way all of the textured color would get printed out as well, and there would be no need for painting.

I am just trying to find a good material that would be smooth enough, most 3D prints come out a little rough to the touch.

I'll definitely keep you guys posted! More updates soon, did a bunch of work on the crocodile as well :)

Wow, I didn't realize 3D prints could be done in color... that is a bit mind-blowing to consider :lol
