I'm really interested in this, but it's too hard for me to tell what the finished piece is going to look like based off of computer renderings. I've got a great imagination - just something about the difference between a computer-rendered image and the actual physical piece. Sometimes they can look entirely different.

Well Joday I should have the printed sculpt INHAND on Monday.... So I will take some pics of it though it will be n white acrylic so the details may be a little hard to make out, but I should have a painted proto pics shortly afterwards.

Here is an update folks... This is a 3D print with a primer on it to show people a little more of the details as it was printed in whit acrylic

Well m8... Sean is on it and going to kill it.. I am sure... He primed it so people could get a better idea of the details. There is still some clean up to be done.



I am super happy with this, and I can't wait to see the final painted version

Here is an updated pic of the head put roughly on the neck... it needs to be brought back a bit and have the sculpted parts done, but damn I am excited. For those who think it looks to big my guy measured it with callipers at my request and has confirmed that it indeed is the same size as the original.

Yeppers... I asked my painter who took the pics to measure and he said that they are basically with in a mm of each for all of the measurements. As he said some kind of weird optical illusion.

Spidey, that head looks way too large IMO. I would def shrink it...the exaggerated features are amplifying the issue as well. I can understand angles being tricky but with it placed on the body, it's clearly too large. Sculpt itself looks nice though!

Zoom out, take pics from front, side, back....that will give a much better indication of scale.
