Love the movie, but since the armor cannot be offered, would have rather seen him in his civies with the shoulder rig and pistol, and a katana, than the komono/umanori.

This used to be on my want list, but my collection has grown to the point I may have to skip. Mad max is a definite buy though!

the red armor is a grail figure for me aswell, it would have been a killer figure on display. but i do also understand that that outfit consumes too much time in developing and would increase the costs and the price at the end very high. there are so much details at the armor, it's so complex. if they would have gone with that version, they sure would have had to concentrate just on this only project for a year or more. that's just a too high risk to go with one figure.

the other outfits would have been also very great, i'm a huge huge fan of the movie and every representation would have been great to have. but again also the other outfits could have been a hit or miss. the komono/umanori outfit reassembles the movie pretty well, it's an iconic look for it and with a bit futzing the overall figure can look outstanding instead of having a risk with an outfit which could have looked not that good at the end.

look at the scottish warrior, if they nail the sculpt, it will look phenomenal with the outfit. and at the end, maybe a company like pangaea or kaustic plastic will make their version of it and you would have at least have a brilliant tom sculpt for it if you don't like the samurai outfit.

I think I will end up getting this, depending on the sculpt. This is a favorite of mine, I remember years ago I watched it every night for a week straight.

No interest in this one, so at least my wallet will welcome the break. If the Mad Max mentioned above turns out to be a goer though, then my pants are going to be in need of some serious dry cleaning.

Easy pass. Hopefully they will tackle the Princess Bride guys as discussed in the wishlist thread next...sometimes I have troubles understanding their character choices.

i'm interested. but i think the civil look with the shoulder rig and pistol is possible to Cult King make 531.jpg
Maybe the civil look can be offered also as an add on to whose who want. I'm pretty sure there is interest enough for this look, right guys ?
