It's the arrow head found by a young Bruce Wayne taken by Rachel Dawes in Batman Begins

Correct, think she found it first though, then young Bruce took it from her, fell into the well holding it and gave it back to her when his father carried him into the Wayne Mannor.
The arrow head then marks another important point in the movie when she later gives it back to him as a symbol at his birthday.
