I need at least 10 people could just do it as a sculpt tbh the tux is easy to find so is a suit or would you prefer a full figure?

HS would be alright i guess, we can find a tux n so on... might be little bit hard to find a good body to stay true to height and so on of Sinatra

You might want to consider a more neutral expression for him. That would be more flexible, and probably generate even more interest because it could be used for a figure of him in a tux or for some of his famous movie roles (Von Ryan's Express, Man with the Golden Arm, Manchurian Candidate, From Here To Eternity, etc.)...
