Fabric sample arrived today and I'll post photos later tonight or tomorrow. Based on the way the colors turned out I'll be making final edits to the original artwork - I'll decide over the next few days if I'll run another sample or go to production with the changes.

Photos of sample print. The colors printed up darker and with less contrast in the weathering I'd created, so I'll make adjustments and get a smaller sample with quick shipping so I'm not waiting 2 weeks for shipping.

New sample ordered today and I bit the bullet with $25 shipping to get them back by the end of the week - going to be pissed if they're not here by the promised date.

I'm super impressed by the quality of fabric printing - it was good when I last did it in 2012 but it's just phenomenal now and every color is incredibly vivid with super deep blacks. The fabrics and colors also wash extremely well - I may pre-wash and iron before shipping which softens up the fabric nicely.

Oops, I thought I'd updated here that I was waiting for the printer to address an issue with their greys - medium and dark grey are being pushed to black which is affecting a number of the banners and chiefly the Night's Watch. They were supposed to have it fixed this week, but...

The printer is still working on their technical issue, so in lieu of me waiting around, they've offered me the ability to make some free sample runs. So I'm going sending some additional artwork to try and overcome their issue with greys from the artwork side tomorrow. I'm doing 4 different samples so I should be able to create and submit final artwork when I have those back. The Star Wars stuff is going to be sent at the same time as a separate job.

Apart from that, I've already obtained optional aluminum rod and hangers and made a clamping/folding fabric cutting table I'll be using for all this stuff. :)

Should be doing the final multi-yardage print run within the next few weeks - unless I postpone it. I've had to do a lot of sampling to try and overcome the printer's issue with compressed color palette and the test prints I'm receiving at the end of this week should hopefully be the end of it.

My immediate priority is getting the final yardage done for my First Order banners as I really want to be shipping those before the movie starts. If possible these get done at the same time, otherwise I'll hold them a few weeks if they might interfere with the others.

Other supplies I've mentioned are already in-house along with iron-on hemming adhesive which I'll have available for these banners.

Final color samples are in. I'm finishing up the First Order stuff now and my plan is to finish laying out the file for these guys tomorrow. I'd like to submit a single file as part of the same order as the SW banners so I don't get stuck paying rush shipping two times.

Updated the sets above with a horizontal layout to better fit the repeating layout on the fabric size I'm using. Each banner has now also gotten bigger vertically which allows for more finishing variety - they went from 8.75" to 9.6").

(Revised) This should be the final layout and prices are looking like $30 for the basic 6 and $60 for the full set of 21 - I'm considering offering a limited amount of singles, but they'll be about $10 ea.

As I decided I needed another color proofing run for the First Order banners, I put through a test print of the final artwork for these banners and I'm happy to say they came out great. With the layout complete for print, these will be ready to send for the final run within 48 hours - same time as the FO stuff.

It looks like I might have to put this order in after the First Order one which means arrival around mid-december. The orders are expensive and due to my moving some funds out of my PayPal account, I don't have enough in there now for both - transfers in from my bank in USD always fail, so I can't put any funds back either. :( So I have to wait a bit.

I might be interested in these. What is the status? Sorry I'm sure you get this question all the time, but I just found this thread.

Just put these off for a bit while I worked on other stuff. I'm ready for final printing and will put the order through when I submit my other banners (Empire, Rebels, some Marvel stuff) - probably around the end of this month.
