cheers, personally i would use a slim and extend the legs or highten the boots a bit to give the lanky anime look and pad out the belly a bit for his paunch

slim body would work. 3A skinny jeans. black fitting long sleeves. boots. that would be my basic approach.

option 2 is to use medicom spider body. use this figure's parts to bash.
