HOT TOYS 1/6 POWER LOADER STAINLESS STEEL PEG KIT
If you have a Hot Toys Power Loader, there is a good chance alot of your hoses have broken off. This is due to the long thin plastic pegs snapping off due to the rubber hoses hardening/shrinking over time and the constant stress from the way the hoses are routed.

This kit replaces all x40 pegs with solid stainless steel pegs. They have been machined to be slighter thicker (+0.127mm) than the original pegs to allow for a better fit and they feature a small flange at the base to really anchor these down into the plastic. Once properly installed, they will NEVER break or fall off. You can also remove the rubber hoses anytime you want without worrying about breaking the pegs.

KIT INCLUDES:

x40 metal pegs (304 stainless steel, machined to +/- 0.05mm tolerance)
x 1 microdrill (carbide)
x 1 pushpin
x 3 full color instructions
x 1 hose diagram printout

Instructions can also be found here: https://sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5840028#post5840028

I don't need any since I don't have the loader but holy smokes, great presentation man. I love the color instructions. This is top notch. Good luck with the run.

I'm strongly considering a set... problem is I'm on the fence about whether to keep the PL in the first place. Awesome piece, but don't really have space for it.

But pretty sure at least half of the pins have snapped off... just a terrible design and materials :lol

I thought about selling my PL as well until I fixed up. It really does look nice with all the hoses properly hooked up.

I don't have space for it either. I put it on my coffee table for now and when I watch I movie I have to movie it to the floor each time.

Wow this is great but im really surprised by the price...
Good sale :)

I've only seen this thread post-updated pricing and am still a bit iffy about it. However I'll bookmark this thread. I think the vast majority of the hose pegs on mine ended up breaking. As did one of the shoulders actually. They really should have gone with metal joints or something. The leg connections at the hips seem pretty flimsy aswell, surprised they haven't broken yet.

Stellar effort !

Sadly also for me the price is a tad high...(although certainly understandable).

I had mine displayed for about 5 years and 33/40 plastic pegs broke on mine. I think all of the pegs will break, its just a matter of time.

The shoulder joints seem pretty beefy, it doesn't look like it'll break. When you first attach it, its a bit loose, enough so that the arm can't stay raised by itself. But once you attach the huge arm piston to the back it's very stable (click type joint).

I guess if the shoulder or hip joints become too loose you use epoxy to "build up" the material so it'll fit more snug.

I am keeping this in mind. I do want to bring my Powerloader back up to a more presentable spec at some point.
