[Interested] Looking to commission a custom 1/6 Star Wars character

I have had nothing but frustration trying to find someone to sculpt a 1/6th head that’s under $900. I am not looking for the most detailed item in the world. Just a decent sculpt for my Hot Toys collection. I would like to add Rose Tico from Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2018) to complete the rest of my Resistance collection.

Can anyone make any recommendations as to whom could do this?
