Face is spot on. Brilliant sculpt.

However, addition to what void mentioned I feel the ears could use a little touch up and maybe highlight the wrinkles on his face if it's not too much.

Well Denny's is a team of professionals so it would be unfair to compare.

But this sculpt I really admire. Fab job done here. IMHO, with a few adjustments its almost as good.

Are you implying that Snyder-man's sculptor is not a professional? I assure you that is not the case. I recommend a trip to thier web site.

www.joyandtomstudios.com

This sculptor has done many licensed sculpts in 1/9th, 1/6th, and 1/4th scale. This is no fly by night operation that just showed up to try and sell a few head sculpts. They have been doing custom heads for 1/6th figures for at least 10 to 15 years if not longer.

When this was first posted I was facinated by the fact that there was not one comment made about it. Anything Batman usually generates instant responces, regardless of the quality of what is being offered. I admire the cajones it takes to sculpt a head unannouced and just post it up here with no promise of any sales. As a long time fan I hope they continue to offer more. Thanks for what you do.

:chillpill:

I guess you got me wrong pal. I'm not implying anything, except for the fact that this is a brilliant take on Liam however with some adjustments this could be a great sculpt.

I'm as much in awe for this sculpt as you are, no second thoughts on that. Thanks for linking me to their work. :duff

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and comparisons will always be made, but please refrain comments like 'Denny Kim should just buy this sculpt for his run'... that is disrespectful to the artists involved.

Let's keep this thread for comments on this particular head.

Please don't derail this thread.
Both sculpts are great and it's not the place to talk comparaison between this one and the rainman one.

Sorry to just be weighing in as it looks like this thread got interesting pretty fast. :)

We appreciate all of the support and especially the critiques. We prefer PM's, but public opinion is what forums are all about, and comments in the past have pointed out things that we may have missed.

That being said, thanks to everyone for taking down there posts that got a little bit off message. :) Our team appreciates the talents of everyone on this forum and wishes nothing but the best for all!
