I don't think Mike's should be put on the back burner. Mike's will still be better than that second sculpt. I bought the figure on the understanding Mike would be doing this, so would be a little gutted if you guys now persuaded him not to bother.

Oh don't get me wrong I still want one done by MG just prefer him to focus more on the projects he already has lined up.

I emailed Asmus Toys about the expected release date of Ace and they said due to the second sculpt, it will be released in December!

That sculpt is horrible too! HIs eyes are waaaay to close together. Good thing I'm only really buying it for the clothes.

This makes cringe at the thought of how the humans from Lord of the Rings line will look. Ouch. They really should look to this board for help in the sculpt area.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the ace head or perhaps know what body they use?

If I am not mistaken, they MIGHT be using Kaustic Plastick's KP01a body, the slim one, they always use KP's bodies, but I could be wrong on this one.

The forearms on the Ace figure are not the same as KP's IMO.
