Modding bodies with necks

I am working on a custom figure but the only suitable bodies I can find are with sculpted necks.
how do you go about modding the body so you can use a head with a sculpted neck?

Hi thanks for the reply I'm using the Leia body, which I think is the standard female body

Ah I'm afraid i don't have experience with modding that body. I generally use zc toys male muscular for some of my customs.
