Im looking for a tailor that can make a collar on a military vest for a resident evil 6 bsaa agent. I would need 3 to 4 of em made.

Its the Kevlar looking collar around the neck. thank you

It's a "her" not "him"

BTW there is a lot of those military with neck protection on ebay.
