New to this world, want to hire someone for a 1/6th Star Wars head sculpt

I'm a pretty new hot toys collector, however with my star wars resistance collection that I want to complete I'm interested in getting a head sculpt of Rose Tico from The Last Jedi to go on to my sequel shelf.
