How do you do that ?

I normally use a wash made with paint and thinner. So some dark brown/black paint with thinner.
Apprx 50/50 mix is what I use. But less thinner gives you more color, so adjust to your liking.
Then brush on a few coats at a time, let it dry to see how much color took.

Keep doing coats and let dry, until you get the desired color you want.

I added the handcuff belt because that's how I wanted to present him.

Yeah, I was going to do the whole basketball thing, but it just didn't look right.
This look was more iconic for me.

So, I had this one the shelf for quite some time now...with my sub-par paint from back when I just stated getting back into painting. Still love the figure, so thought I'd give it a strip and fresh paint. I also dyed the jacket, and stressed all cloths. Still a great piece and fell in love with it again!

I made it with 1/6 metal handcuffs I got off eBay, plus an ammo belt like this with some mods.
