The ones from EB are just ironed on, mine has already flaked since I display his arm close to the jersey's armhole detailing.

These custom one have embossed letters and numbers, the neck and arm holes are stitched (not just printed on top of the jersey), tailored to fit better to avoid the 'floating' jersey look, and with extra detailing like the size tag etc like the ones MJ wore.
