for my next project I'm looking at an armor set for Thulsa Doom

Head sculpt, bald or full hair versions (sculpted by snyderman)

JEJ is 6ft1 or 187cm

I would think the KP Heroic or the HT Noland body would work great. May the Andrew body as well.

Crap that first piece is awesome!!!

I'd not use the KP body... it's too tall and broad. The ACI might not be bad given the height; but you loose a lot of articulation and the sculpted bits of the body would all be hidden. I'd honesty suggest a regular old TT with a fat suit. I think if you start off with a massive body you'll run into everything on him being super-sized in the end.

Here's a pick of him showing his build when he was in "The Great White Hope"... I doubt 10 years later he was any more muscular than this:
