The TDK opening is just to iconic to not recreate this in 1/6 somehow. The lamp post makes lets you display a part of the Gotham scenery on a relatively small space and it adds depths to the display.

May 2019 Update
  • I think about creating the lamp post as a standalone display piece instead of a base. What do you think about it?
  • It would give you more flexibility when posing it next to your BR Joker figure and it would become more affordable.

  • The price would be approx. $ 90, I will only create 10 sets of them (including mine), will pm you if you are on the interest list once they are available.
  • ETA is August (2019).

This is the first WIP of my 3d model, a few further details are in the making, it will fit inside a Detolf.

A few years ago I went to the place where it was filmed and thanks to a few details I can tell it was still the exact same lamp post we saw back in 2008. Just the paint was more weathered and some cables were fixed provisionally. Took the chance to take exact specs and a lot of detail pictures.

For those whore working with diorama's and need "road, floor or street" material: I found some interesting material in a DIYstore called "slate-lite" recently, 1,5mm thick, flexible, and it's built from real stone and so it has a glimmering effect. I like it better than painting etc..

(The receiption hall from the bank of the opening scene can also be built from real stone for example.)
