Man 'o man... where is this explosion of work coming from, Ray? Every day seems to generate a new figure.

How good does it feel to get these finished and out of your mind's eye?


Catwoman is really fantastic. As is your Keaton. Meticulous work on the details. I don't think I've seen a better Keaton head. Especially great work on the messy hair in front. And Catwoman has to be so striking on display, always a sexy, slinky character. One I have been wanting for many years.

And I can't believe you sacrificed an Indy whip to paint it black for Catwoman.

Yeah you are right the quarantine has been good for knocking things off the to-do list. I’ve still been plenty busy with my career (thankfully) but you get time here and there Because you’re not losing it to commuting or can stay up later etc. a lot of what I’ve flooded out lately are indeed things I’ve been working on and left unfinished for many months or years so it’s indeed a relief.

I wanted hot toys to do catwoman and penguin for years. I suppose it’s a blessing they didn’t I think had they I would not have pursued to make the best possible figure out of the random stuff on the market I could get my hands on.

The whip mike actually did for the old WGP figure. I still have the battle damaged one but I prefer a pristine catwoman so she got the good whip.

This one was let’s just say a fixer upper. I’d be pissed how much I spent on the aftermarket if I didn’t have the skills to make it worth the money. It was a fuck ton of work, but it was fun to work on too.
