Hi, painted is $40 plus shipping.
Easiest way for led lighting is to buy this
LED Colorful Color Small Night Light Electronic Flameless Smokeless Candle Light | eBay
and put the pumpkin on top, there is a hole in the bottom.

No it didn't. He already informed me there were none available. But it does have a hole in the bottom to use your own light
