Okay, now that Bowie has passed, we need this figure now more than ever.

I was just coming to find this thread to say the same thing. Perhaps there are other interested parties in starting a new project? It is coming up on 3 years for this one and doesn't seem like a lot of movement. Quality work from what has been shown though so Id love for this to be started again and finished!

I put this project on hold due to a few issues with sourcing a wig maker and tailor. I don't know if this figure can be made but it is still very high on my personal wish list.
