Not sure if Mattel is planning one or not but this would probably be non-poseable or VERY limited arm movement and may be offered in two expressions.

Probably in the $75 - $90 range depending on painting and accessories.

If there are about 25 peeps interested then it will move forward.

Yes - I would look at casting it in a translucent resin... Like the 1/12 Mattel was.
