I guess if you open up two usernames from the same IP, it's an instant ban for both accounts (assuming purpose is to dupe fellow Freaks into thinking accounts are unrelated).

Also a reason why the Commerce Rules also need to apply to the Custom threads for selling stuff. So many newbs pop up offering stuff forsale and it's just a way to bypass the rules.
