Ralph -- I'm in... this is FANTASTIC!
Any plans on doing an ENLARGED Berserker head-sculpt, with the mega-BIG mandibles as in the movie?

I'd be in on that one for sure!!

I fully second this! I would love to have Berserker not wearing his mask. I have the mask on mine now because the headsculpt HT created is just horrendous

Not sure if this has been explained but if this is for 1/6, how are dreads, quills, etc going to be done? The design looks really complex.

It didn't :) I ended up having to look for another 3D printing company, my initial choice ended up being far too expensive. So if anyone has any good recommendations in terms of 3D printing services, that would be great!

There's hope! Still behind ya buddy!

Same questions here. I might be interested in one, depending on final printed images, price, and details.

Final pricing is in the first post, these prints (at least the initial run) will be unpainted, unquilled and undreaded. So they'll just be raw heads.

I will be offering a silicone compound seperately that you can use to create dreds and quills. It's a really awesome material that is essentially like roll and bake, but will always stay very soft (because it is silicone). And unlike the HT dreds, the color will not fade over time. These will actually remain nice and glossy.

Thanks man! I'll keep you posted!

Quick update :) This is still happening! I am still trying to find a viable 3D printing option. Most of the quotes I have received were well over $400 for a print that will be a little over 2 inches tall. Way too high imho.

Anyone know of any (cheaper) 3D printing solutions?

In the mean time, I've continued building other assets for my Pred :) Here are some shots:

Thought I'd share this :)

Also, I am currently talking to a 3D print corporation that is willing to do this for a lot less than what I was initially quoted for. I've sent them the file for a test print and precise quote.

More info soon! Looks like this is finally going to happen! :)

Major news! My campus (I am a professor that teaches 3D animation and modeling) is getting its own 3D printer! So I'll actually be able to make my own prints directly, probably as soon as one week from today! :)

In the mean time, I thought I'd share this :D

Damn... that is all kinds of awesome!
Thank you! :)

Looks good and welcome back!
Thanks! :)

Damn , forget the sculpt , make a movie. :lol

Seriously though great work on this , looking forward to seeing finished figures with your work. :clap

Thanks man! I was thinking about maybe doing a Predator prequel. Showing how the original Pred came to be a hunter, and how he ended up on earth. Leading up to the events of the first movie :)
