One step closer to my AOD Ash. Just won an Ash from Sideshow on eBay. Sucks cause I use to have that figure and sold it because I thought a evil dead 2 figure would be enough. After seeing this sculpt I decided I was wrong.

Same here wasn't planning on a AOD ash but to good to pass up.

Best Bruce likeness I've seen. Only thing I think that could be better are the size of the eyes, looks hard to paint for that reason

I'd be interested in some shoes with my Ash. Be hard to find

Best Bruce likeness I've seen. Only thing I think that could be better are the size of the eyes, looks hard to paint for that reason

I agree, The eyes are going to be a challenge, but the photo I'm using for most of the expression he's super squinted and I love that super heroic look. but In this last refining stage I have opened the eyes just a tad more and extended the corners of his eyes ever so slightly.

and no, those aren't recasted boots. I sculpted them from scratch, but I wasn't very happy with them, so I'm deciding whether or not I want to keep at em or just buy the sideshow ash and take the boots lol.

Sounds good to me. How long do you think this project will take to be completed and ready? Estimate of course

I want to call this finished. I'm not adding any skin texture because I feel like bruce has, or rather had, a very smooth face. let me know what you guys think. Thanks everyone.

I've actually been thinking about doing this, but just frankenstening it together with leftover Ash pieces I've accumulated over the years. That giant Sideshow noggin' should be good for something :huh

That would be an AWESOME Beto figure. I'm surprised he hasn't touched more of the looks. Evil Ed or Evil Ash would be a dope choice too.
