Just received mine. The sculpt is perfect.
For some reason the corners of the cowl eye-gaps on mine are not painted black. It is not so bad from upfront, but still quite visible (and it is yellow, so does not look nice).
The faceplate is print-painted, which is OK. But why not compare the color to one of HT ones, at least make it closer?
Hope to make some photos. The quality of painting is disappointing.

Does somebody have the same paint problem? Or I'm the lucky one.
It actually looks as if they were lacking the black paint, or were tired while painting, because some parts are not throughout painted black. :slap

NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS LIVING IN ASIA - I've heard from many of you that you have still not received your cowl orders that were mailed out about 3 - 4 weeks ago. We sent out a lot of packages to China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, etc at the same time and none of them have arrived, either. We believe they all got held up a while because of Chinese New Year. The tracking for all of these orders shows it was last processed through Chicago, Illinois, which is where all the packages to Asia go to leave the US. Unfortunately, once they've left the US, the USPS no longer has any control over or knowledge about the package. We're advising all our customers throughout Asia to give it another week or two to arrive, and that's all I know to tell you as well. Remember that it's very common for the items to be held up in customs clearance for some time, too. You may want to call the mail service in your area to see if they have any information about your package. I'm sorry if your order has still not arrived. We have been trying to find more info for all our Asian customers, but USPS has nothing to tell us. Thanks, Beth/Lady CREG

It seems that left ear is slightly shorter or bent. But overall sculpt is quite impressive. Paint is done on a complete different level. It is really weird to compare the previous one with this paint-wise. But the ears on the previous were perfectly aligned, not so with this. I am relatively happy and expecting additional faceplates. Definitely more of a quality control needed, both pre-paint and after.

P.S.: It would be nice if the painting on new faceplates would be made closer to what HT does. This one is too light/bright.
