One thing i didn't know was it wouldn't have a neck peg to fit into a bod. no a big deal but How does one remedy this?

Yeah not the disguise head of course!

I know peeps stick some blutack in there but I was wondering if there's a more legit way, or more permanent

You can pick them up from ebay, and then just dremel a hole in the sculpt to fit

What do you mean exactly, If the hole isn't big enough already?

I thought a neck piece would come with a socket pre drilled
