You plan on updating the Tarman barrel thread too......because he said he was packing and shipping about 2 months ago. Trying to avoid escalating this into somthing it doesn't need to be but that fact remains he has my money and I don't have my product or refund and it's been like this for sometime now.

I may help Beto, but I am also a customer of his. I am on order for a barrel paid at the exact same time as yourself, if not sooner. When I get news from him about the barrels the thread will definitely be updated.

beto already sent me two barrel zombie kits - i think the painted ones will just take longer because he has so much work to do. i've ordered three things from him so far and he's always delivered. i think patience is the name of the game. i'm sure you won't be let down when you receive the goods fellas

Im sure you can understand my frustration at beto promising to post it first week of july and its now the end of august and he still hasn't shipped it.

I know hes good for it, and i know he wouldn't steal peoples money but his communication is terrible and unfortunately because you deal with his business and people buy/communication through you, you're the one people are going to be hounding for answers.

i just ordered two jason 4 heads phil - if you can catch beto in time, maybe he can just add yours to mine? shipping from mexico to united states is about $40 so i can only imagine what it is to australia - i'm sure that would be cheaper for you

hey david, thanks for the offer, but i think ill just get beto to send it to me. I dont want the nightmare of trying to deal with changing all the shipping info lol its hard enough trying to get the sculpts

ill just ship everything off to you together once i have everything i want painted.

i'm just looking for a straight answer here. if i don't receive an answer by the end of the week i'm going to have to contact the paypal resolution center. not trying to be an @ss here but i resent the zero communication nature of this transaction on humberto's part.

(1) it doesn't take but a minute or two to answer an email
(2) the sculpt has already been cast (i see them in the picture )
(3) i'm not requesting paint or finishing services that incur more time

if the pieces are going out only AFTER the jason 4 full figs are dropping THEN someone just say that. very simple. i can wait if i have too, though i wasn't expecting to given the implied nature of the transaction.

i'm not a man with financial means so tying up my money in this fashion is detrimental to my livelihood when there's no concrete answer as to when these will ship. honestly, i read the post, it said SALES thread, the casts were lined up, photographed and i assumed they were available immediately.

the general timeliness & availability in collecting my money has in no way whatsoever been reflected in the 'after purchase' communication style - which is nonexistent on humberto's part

in fact the contrast is stark

i just need an answer. just some typed words. 3 minutes tops.
