Hope to get my Brawler Hat and Dandy Shoes - paid early,hope not last to get,

understandable the guys that borrowed you the sculpts to get measurements get first dibs,.

cast look great so these can be done, just hope we get them in before clothes set arrives

Thought you was coming back strong CREG on the ball and fast turn-arounds with these...

not to be and please dont take it the wrong way, but as you mentioned these are going well and be packaged up soon for the paid first run,...

Hey guys - sets are starting to go out this Friday. You will receive confirmation when they start to drop through your paypal email address. The molds were done by a very knowledgeable mold maker and I saw in person that the casts came out great. So this mold was sent to my caster and then he started having problems getting them to work. I guess it was an issue with his method or something, I still don't fully understand what the problem was but he said he threw out a dozen pair of shoes...

I have taken the molds back to the mold maker and he is helping me with casts on the nights and weekends. I will be pouring some of the casts myself this week to help catch up on orders.

I will have a count posted to how many are going out when they are ready Friday and hope to get 10 sets per week shipped after that as a minimum. Also, I have brought on a new caster who has agreed to help out as needed, but unfortunately he is unable to start for 2 more weeks due to scheduling conflicts.

Hotslayer73 - These are shipping in order paid. I understand your frustrations. We are as well. I have hats but not shoes. If anyone was following the cowls we did - we shipped out over 60 orders in 3 days. As soon as I have product it is out the door. We currently have a team of manufacturers working on each of our releases and have implemented a lot of changes in our business that go unseen. I realize that when there are manufacturing problems the buck stops with me. Please be assured that when problems and delays with casts happen (as they always will), I am always doing my best to fix them asap.
