Will the black hats have a fabric blue sash or is that 3D sculpted too?

All sculpted. As awesome as Robbie's prototype was... I just don't have the time to do that level of hands on work with these.

They should look great painted though. They will have a cloth texture on them.

It's true that some of CREG's projects have been taking a while to complete. But his wife's on the boards now so hopefully everything should start moving faster in terms of the customer service department.
