Cheungkinmen, is this project definitely happening or do you need to reach a certain interest number? I'm thinking about picking up a body, and I just want to be sure before I drop the cash.

This is happening don't worry, go ahead and buy the body . I'm only casting 12 regardless of sales, just wanted to make this available to whomever interested.

The painted sample will take a little for me to complete. It's my habit to start the sale once I finish painting the sample.

Cool, just put in my order for that Kaustic Plastic Terry Crews body. There don't seem to be many of them left out there, and I didn't want miss out.

I think the ACI Andrew body might work better since that's the body Cheungkinman suggested.

Yeah, I considered the Andrew, but I just didn't like the look of it. The Kaustic body is closer to Michael Jai White's build imo.

I have both bodies, once the sample is painted I will upload pics on those bodies, the Kaustic Plastik does also look good IMO, but I don't have an african version to compare skin tones, but hopefully soon as I bought one for the terry crews head.

Got the Terry Crews body today, very impressed with it. The shoulders have a much better range of motion than I was expecting. Really well constructed with tight joints. I'd highly recommend this for anyone else doing a BD bash.

I have one of those, but the Caucasian one and it a really well constructed body.

I wish I could get my hands on an african version to see the color in hand. The sculpts paint job matches hot toys african body, but don't really know if it matches that body.

Will check.

Fantastic Cheungkinmen!!! Any pictures on a muscular body for scale?

I also got my hands on the Terry Crews body and while it is a very well made body it doesn't looks very good unclothes. The ACI looks better wearing clothes but doesn't have the same range of motion.

I will be taking some pics tomorrow.

One thing to notice is, I don't have the african Kaustic body, I will be getting it tomorrow from the store, so I don't know if it matches in color, because my paintings matches the HT african american head and body that came with the Obama sculpt.

I'll see to it tomorrow.

Here's the body comparison:

Now here's the thing.

The Kaustic Plastik body is a little on the dark purple side in hand, while the ACI Andrew 3.0 is a bit on the red side, but still both bodies are a bit too dark to match my paint job. If I had to choose between both, I think I would choose the ACI Andrew 3.0

My paintjob matches Hot toy's african american skin tone, so I believe that the HT Noland body would work or the ACI Andrew 2.0 which is a lighter version of the 3.0.

Those who want it unpainted, well, you can paint it to match the body you'll be using.

To Noisetrigger and Laz93RX7 it's up to you guys if you want it painted or unpainted.
