Jigsaw is seen sporting different outfits on the movie, and none of them are kind of available online, so I'm personally going to this set:
It is almost the same as one of the scenes, just in a different color. In the movie he is seen wearing a white-ish overcoat with fur lining and blue/silver suit underneath.
Or you can buy this suit that closely resembles, colorwise, the suit he is wearing when visiting Looney Bin Jim at the mental hospital :
Just need a darker shirt and different tie.

If I had two "Saves" figures, then I would just stick his head on one of those bodies, as an homage to the original mini-series when Jigsaw and others were brainwashed into thinking they were Punisher.
