I want all of them as I see potential in all the sculpts for some great customs, a biker, cowboy, Virgil Earp or Dr. Strange these sculpts are pretty awesome but can only afford one right now.

Yeah, exactly. Andy does such a wonderful job with the hair that is hard to pass up all of the sculpts. But I've only managed to come up with a purpose for the 2 I've been put down for. Would love them all if they were available later, but I'll just have to make do with the 2.

Eric, I hope you can get Andy to do some more things like this in the future! :hi5:

Just for the record, Andy resculpted only the top of the hair only because the way Hanouman made it a hat would not sit low enough on the head. My request to Andy when working on it was to replicate the style of the original artist. In this case, the dreaded Hanouman. I know we all hate Hanouman right now, but I do want to give credit where credit is due.

Andy then did all the facial hair work. Again, this was done in Hanouman's style.

So yes, Andy did a wonderful job with the hair. He did a wonderful and professional job at closely following the source material.

My hats off to him.

Listening to some of the ideas you guys have for the heads has given me even more ideas. Thanks!

Sadly, Andy is incredibly busy with this SSC work and other stuff, but he's told me that when his time frees up he would be available for me. I look forward to that day

Yeah, Hano is indeed great at what he did, hense all his popularity. Just too bad he feel victim to the dread sculptor syndrome so many of them catch.

But I've always loved Andy's style. So I'm thrilled he's back working with Sideshow more regularly now. I imagine its on DC stuff seeing as he's had a lot of experience with that :lol

Right now I only plan to use it with a neck. If I ever decide to offer it again, may be I'll do a neckless version.
