As promised, here comes a quick tutorial on how to fold the notepapers movie accurate.

In this sequence at 0:55 one can see it quite well:

You can fold it in thirds, like a letter.
Don't have to fold all pages 100% in line as it comes out of Bane's pocket and is a little messed already:

Fold up the lower third,
also added slight rumple and bent corners:

Then fold down the upper third:
