I’m using TTM-21 without any padding and just a lot of futzing.

There seems to be something different about the way the suit fits his figure. Like there is padding between the neck and shoulders to make it taper more naturally or something. I can't put my finger on it.

I don’t know about that.
But this is mine.. using the TTM-21 original body from HT. With the right futzing and water treatment your outfit first, you will get that shoulders looks that you were talking about.

I certainly satisfied with the overall look on my figure.. it give the overall screen accurate silhouette.

Do you have your bank robber joker sculpt on one of those default hot toys neck plugs? If so, take it off and adjust it so the head sits properly. All the Hot toys neck plugs make the neck elongated and throws the proportions of the figure way off.
