OK so we may have run into a bit of QC on the sculpted hair heads
The hair hasn't come out as well as we had hoped.... nor have the necklaces. I received all the UK and Europe ones today, and we weren't really satisfied with the overall finish
Not sure if anyone from the US or other has received there's yet and can comment on them, but if you do and you are not satisfied just drop me a PM
I'm currently speaking with Sean about moving forward and getting replacements, sorry about this fella's but we don't wanna be putting out sub-par products as I'm sure you all can appreciate

Have these shipped to US buyers? I ordered the wigged version. I don't even think there have been pics of the head sculpt with wig.

I felt bad for not paying the deposit when They were asked for but things like this is what I try to avoid. Not dissing on the artist by any means. Some of his previous works were great.

Sean noted just the sculpted hair were shipped outa page or so back.
The US customers heads were sent out straight from the caster, while the UK & Europe ones were sent to me to ship out to those customers
A bald head cast was sent to the wig maker the same the sculpted heads were sent out for her to fit the wig. Hopefully that's arrived by now or in the very near future. No other bald heads were cast nor were any shipped out yet.

Regardless the error is with the casting, as the 3D print of the head came out great. It's being dealt with and a new mold and casts are being done so replacements can be sent out

Just got my head and necklace.
Hair is very rough. The front parts especially look like an unfinished sculpt. Likeness is great though! One major problem: I have no idea what body to use this on. The long hair pushes the head up on almost all of my muscle bodies. Dutch is a no-go, DX10 won't work, Kaustic doesn't really work, and the only one I haven't really tried is an older T-800 body from HT's earlier releases. Might be interested in getting an extra bald+wig head if they are still available.
I don't notice much wrong with the necklace.

Yes the hair obstructing the head sitting low enough on the neck is another issue brought up last night. I took a head home to check the size personally and realised, as I'm also using the DX10 base body with Bane arms.
The caster supposedly checked the head but I guess it wasn't done correctly or it wasn't checked when the head was shrunk.
Either way It's being dealt with as we speak, there will be new casts made and sent out to customers.
Again really sorry for this set back and thanks for the continued patience.

We`re just over a week on now from the setback. Where are we up too currently with this now? Hoping a new mould has been made and the casts are starting to be re-done!?

So please clarify. I ordered the head with wig. Are you saying those were shipped to the wig maker for fitting and then sent directly to customers without anything being shown whatsoever? I still have yet to receive anything so hopefully she nailed it because I went this route because the digital sculpt looked great and wanted to support the project.

OK guys sorry for the late replies here - been busy with work
Where we currently stand is - the finish of the heads were not 100% so we were going to originally just make a new mold and casts, but after taking one home and noticing that the head didn't sit properly on the body due to the hair the situation has now changed.
The original is being worked so it can sit on the body properly as it should have initially, then we will make a new mold and casts from that head and send them out to customers.
This inevitably means that the heads are going to be delayed longer, unfortunately. From the time it takes for the print to be delivered to Pete, to him making the changes and sending it back to the caster. Again i can only apologise for this and thank you for your continued patience, unfortunately it is out of my hands. I will keep everyone up to date with information as soon as it is passed down to me.

Sorry i thought this was made clear in my post replying to this query.
No, only the sculpted hair heads were sent out to customers, as they had been cast and were ready to ship at the time.
No bald heads have been sent to anybody yet, one was cast and sent to the wig maker to make a start on the wig, that is all.
The bald ones will not be sent out until the finished prototype wig is shown and the balance payment requested on the bald heads and the payment for the wig + shipping.
PM's will go out when we have images of the wig and we are ready to take the payments on these.
The bald head arrived with the wig maker last week sometime and she is working on the wig as we speak, should have some images soon i would imagine.
