I think the head looks great and has good proportions.
And I believe you are asking too much, nothing is perfect and specially in this hobby.

It's probably the suit that's bulky, because it does make the shoulders look far too wide for the head. Looks like the Hot Toys Bruce Wayne suit right?

Yes, the jacket makes him look a bit bulky.
But the head is fine.

The suit does makes the difference, I wish i could have yunsil's but this one does the momentary trick
