The head is looking very good, from the sides it looks perfect and from the front view he looks good but something is slightly off, I can't pin point it but maybe if his neck was more bigger or more muscular?

Looking good, the neck is going to be covered by the collar and suit jacket for the Bond look.

Yep I also agree with the mouth comments. The hair looks absolutely spot on for Casino Royale, great work. Pretty damn good likeness already.

I would have picked the eyes that need a little reworking, but I can be totally wrong.
