Here is the thing, even though Hot Toys says they will make her in 15 I say good luck to that, I'd be into it but not with Rocco. Sorry.

If it were Sosa, BBkill WGP or iminime I'd be in. But I don't want to be in the list unless its from a sculptor who can pull off a properly refined sculpt.

I also been in talks with a few sculptors on your list over the last few months Sosa would be my first pick if hes available! But the interest need to be there cause he is expensive!

After the way Princess Leia turned out why wouldn't you go after Snyderman? The female sculpts he is offering are better than the majority of what is offered here. No issues with the castings being to big or too small and he only charges about 60% of what other sculptors named so far charge.

Great to hear you are interested in the short run of sculptors. I'd have to vote against Snyderman myself, not interested but if we can get one of the others I'm totally in. It's shocking how little love Padme has gotten in 1/6

Did Snyderman run over your dog? Against your prediction thier Leia turned out much better than the Sideshow one. The vertict is still out on WGP, but based on thier past printouts it looks like the digital sculpt is too narrow and will suffer the same horseface look that dogs most Carrie Fisher sculpts. As for your other suggestions Snyderman, in my opinion, has topped those artist when sculpting the same subjects.

Selene Snyderman > Zculptor
Lisbeth Salander Snyderman > bbkill
Ripley Snyderman > iminime

I think anyone with an open mind and a desire to own figures with great likenesses should compare the above examples. Not to mention Snyderman hasn't had the size issues that some of the others sculptors listed have. And his sculpts are $20 to $30 cheaper. I have no use for a Padme that doesn't look like Natalie Portman, so please consider lining up a sculptor who can deliver a great likeness, at a great price.

Snyderman's sculpting is not as refined as the other mentioned sculptors or Hot Toys or Enterbay, therefore his heads do not fit in with them. I didn't say Leia would turn out bad, I only said I wasn't interested in it because of the same reasons I'm not interested in this... In fact it turned out like the rest of his stuff, nice, good likeness... but too stylized, unrefined with high detail, and not up to current 1/6 standards. Simply "Better than Sideshow" is still simply not good enough. That's not a selling factor in it's own. But one could argue that you are on snyderman's pay roll or something because you seem to hate anything UNLESS it's something he sculpted so the point is all moot anyway right?

Also I didn't say Snyderman shouldn't do this just that if he does I'm not interested in it. Just like I wasn't Leia but I plan to get the WGP head instead.

Point taken. Totally disagree but I get where you are coming from. I'm just tired of passing on some of these projects because I can't afford to pay $300 for a figure to only have to replace the head. Again I'm interested in a Padme that looks like Natalie Portman. If someone can deliver that I'm saving my money.

I'm just tired of passing on some of these projects because I can't afford to pay $300 for a figure to only have to replace the head. Again I'm interested in a Padme that looks like Natalie Portman. A lot of valid points there ray! I like Snyders work! But i still agree with a lot of your points! My opinion on his work is they should have a better painter doing there protoyps because it really does hold back a few of his sculpts! The fisher sculpt is pretty good beside's my interest in the project the likeness got me excited to have the figure in my collection!

Ok I updated the list i didn't add the people who seemed on the fence or iffy about committing to an interest list!

Let's just put to rest the sculptor issue Cause If it comes to me commissioning a sculpt I wont settle for sub par sculpts. Im just as picky about a good likeness as anyone! If the sculptor cant get a good likeness I wont complete the commission and All find someone whom can come threw!

That said I think we are pretty close to enough interest for me to convince a good sculptor to take it as his own project! Im trying to avoid commission's a sculpt but it will happen if someone wont pick it up!

Let get 3 more on the list and all go to someone to get it happening!

i think snyderman is a girl....for some reason i received something from them and i saw it was a girl's name...but whatever....i do have to agree that their paint jobs hold back alot of the hidden detail....started painting their danny glover headsculpt and was surprised at how much detail was hidden from their original presentation....i will say that he/she should be up there in the top 15 within this VERY talented site....

I be leave but could be wrong there are 2 of them that work on these and synders mother actually is the sculptor whom is well known in the indistry . If im wrong very sorry Snyder lolz I was on there site a while ago but my memory is probably not severing me correctly!

Snyderman is Joy and Tom Studios... according to their site both Joy and Tom sculpt, but I think Joy is the primary sculptor and the one who's work we are seeing on the boards.

Ok freaks we will start the prototype on this right after the leia dress production starts nearing and end. Roughly 2 weeks!

Im in talks with the only sculptor's around I think are capable of making a hot toys comparable Padme. All confirm the sculptor when we finalize the deal.

Ive come to a decision on the newest Seamless PHICEN body ver .04 medium bust. The hot toys body's have to many nooks and cranny's for a spandex suit and Im not wasting time/money on the wrong body. I know these body's arnt perfect but they are the only ones with the proper shapes and curves to make the Ultimate Padme.

The project will be in kit form of some sorts.
