Yeah, this is significantly better. The original nose seems too narrow at the top and too wide at the bottom.

In all honesty, there is virtually no chance of any tweaks, guys, sorry.

I will however try to take some more pics with less shadows for you soon. It figures that the 2 sec iphone pic would be everyone's favorite. :lol

To be honest Marf i think it needs less dark paint either side of the bridge of the nose. If both sides were lightened i think may be the ticket.

Marf my brother, if you don't mind taking some close ups with the slr, it's be greatly appreciated. The iPhone pic definitely helps out, but would be able to judge a bit better with a better shot. Still though, 100000x better than Hot Toys

Guess it must be true that he just has one of those tricky faces.

Personally, I like it. My only comment is that I feel the hat is a bit too small. Otherwise, it's an awesome sculpt.

comments like this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth...for XXX dollars it should be perfect. Nothing is ever perfect, if it was "perfect" he would be charge a hell lot more than $250.

Yup the sculpt looks much better in the iphone pic.
The shadow from the hat is really throwing things off.
Looking forward to the pics in more flat light.

Like youbastards says, it looks better from some angles than others. An improvement over the DX-05 in all the pics, but I will reserve final judgment until we see some pics in different lighting.

I have to say Im in the camp thats let down by the likeness here. It seems entirely different than the original in progress shots shown? I think this is a 10/10 in quality and paint work, 4/10 likeness... Pretty disappointed here

Its an upgrade over what I have currently, but could have been so much better..

If you cover the nose with your finger it looks perfect, something's off with the nose IMO, still an awesome sculpt!

Yea...this pic takes it back a bit. Damn...I want to love it...it's definitly the nose. Still not terrible tho.

As is this is a really nice sculpt but I feel with a bit more tweeking it could be perfect. The hat is to small and the nose does indeed need refining. Perhaps around the bridge. Everything else looks good.
