Re: Gladiator tigris shipping

To fit the mask you have to dremel out to eye level then put it in hot water to curve it

Re: Gladiator tigris shipping

anybody figure what body to use thats best?? thanks,,,, and boots, i was thinking the aci general maximus to start...

Re: Gladiator tigris shipping

I think it is the kp02b body that I think works best IMO, it needs to be fatter but there is no option, its a bulky body that is muscular but not buff, I'm still sourcing boots, but the anything from that era is a good start, also I'm going to upgrading the belt and scale armour,,, ive now got a much better solution which I think will work great

Things are a little hectic on the home front so has stalled my projects or now

Re: Gladiator tigris shipping

Hi guys, thought I'd post images of my finished Tigris, it took m some time to sit done and work out how to finish it .... While finalising I decided to rework design the belt and armour skirt plus found nice material which suit the skirt... The belt is now a full wrap around an the revised armour is larger, flatter sits better and connects to the belt and also mor movie accurate. I can offer it up for a small cost plus post if required with material.

I've have also been talking to a weapons maker here who may be willing to custom make the axe and offer castings.. Each cast would be $50 plus post- I would need 8-10 people to sign up and pay to make this happen from a very talented weapons artist here.... Painting would b offered or a further $24. (These prices are solely for the artist )

Further more I have had a couple of requests or full builds. Which before finishing mine I was not willing to commit too...
I'm now willing to offer a few fully finnished tigris customs, they will be pricey...

This is a basic breakdown of costs (not final)
Kp/ body plus postage to Australia (approx $90)
Kit price ($115)
Buckles/ leather etc ($20)
Commission for head sculpt $15 x2 for Peter the painter
( supply one helmeted one non helmeted head)
Shipping ($50)
Note times for painting assembly not included (Tba)
The prices above Are approximate, so you know the range before contacting me.

Are any complete painted sets available? Armour, leather, helmet, etc. no head, body, feet. Thanks!

I can still make up armour sets, but sorry I don't do the leather work, mainly cause I cannot find a good local source to sample leather for 1:6 use

The leather work is fairly simple too really just an X with some rings attached
