Finally cleared up the issue with my supplier and have ordered supplies. I actually found a semi-clear resin that may work for the ghost trap base.

Here's what the sculpt of the traps energy burst looks like so far. If you can imagine the brown clay as semi-clear and possibly lit you'll get the picture. The wooden dowel would be clear as well. If you have any suggestion or ideas nows the time. I can still make some changes if we come up with something.

Yeah, everything is just temp right now. It'll have the handle, trap doors, and knobs when finished. The trap energy will be a little more refined as well.

Hands will be added closer to molding. Other than that Slimer is done. The trap and base will need lots of little details and I'll have to sort out the possibility of a light kit. Slowly getting there.

I thought I could wait until it was completed but I'm pretty excited about the progress on my sixth scale ghost trap. A little finishing work is left and then the switches etc. I've sent a message to Hunterdnrc and he may be doing a decal set for this. Here's a pic for size reference and a quick video:

Any idea when you'll be ready for down payments and when you're looking at finishing this?

I'll be looking for down payments within the next week or so. I'll grab up the last few supplies, do some finishing work, and start molding at that point. Looking to start casts by months end if all goes well. The finished product in the mail? Eh, that's going to depend on who wants what version.

I mold and cast the trap energy. Cast had bubbles in it but I'm onto a cheap diy pressure pot. So we'll see what I come up with.

So my do it yourself pressure pot worked pretty well. The cast went from thousands of tiny bubbles to only three or four. Here are the two together:
